Part One of the Person Specification lists a series of criteria that you should specifically address in your application. For each of these (or as many as possible), you should include a summary of your proven personal experience and involvement. You should also, for each of these items (or as many as possible), explain briefly how you see your experience transferring to the challenges you will face at Blackpool Council. For those candidates invited for interview, these responses will be further developed and discussed.
